These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beyond Dues ("Beyond Dues," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Beyond Dues, Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" means the Beyond Dues web application, APIs, and related services.
• "User," "you," "your" means any individual or entity that creates an account or accesses the Service.
• "Content" means ideas, analyses, playbooks, and other output generated by the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. When the trial expires, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

4. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is offered on an annual subscription basis at the price displayed at checkout (currently $199/year).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Service at any point during the first year of your subscription, contact us at hello@beyonddues.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Content generated by the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial or usage limits.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Service, its design, code, algorithms, and branding are owned by Beyond Dues, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Your Data: You retain ownership of the information you provide (association details, context documents, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
• Generated Content: Ideas and analyses generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may implement, share, and build upon them freely within your organization.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Beyond Dues is produced using artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and strategic planning purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any ideas. We make no guarantees regarding revenue outcomes.

They are not tax or legal advice, do not create an advisor relationship, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEYOND DUES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Dues, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We may delete your data after 30 days.

12. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
